  1. Agreement to Terms: By using the services provided by Water Genie, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

  2. Service Coverage: Water Genie delivers within the specified areas mentioned on our website or application. Orders placed outside the service coverage area may not be fulfilled.

  3. Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes and delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly indicated at the time of order.

  4. Order Process: Orders can be placed via the official website, app, or authorized channels. Confirmation of the order will be provided via email or SMS.

  5. Payment: Payment must be made using accepted methods at the time of order. Late payments or non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of service.

  6. Liability: Water Genie is not liable for delays or inability to deliver caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or traffic disruptions.

  7. Quality Assurance: We strive to deliver high-quality drinking water, but customers must verify packaging integrity upon delivery. Complaints must be reported within 24 hours.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation:

    • Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

    • Cancellation requests must be made via our customer service hotline or app.

  2. Refund:

    • Full refunds will be processed for cancellations made within the acceptable timeframe.

    • No refunds will be granted for late cancellations or delivered orders.

    • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery Timelines: Deliveries are typically completed within 24 hours of order confirmation. In some cases, express delivery may be available at an additional charge.

  2. Delivery Process:

    • Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information at the time of order.

    • Delivery personnel will attempt to contact the customer upon arrival. If unreachable, delivery may be rescheduled.

    • For 20-Liter Jar Orders: If an empty jar/bottle is not available at the time of delivery, a refundable deposit of Rs. 150 per jar/bottle will be charged.

  3. Missed Deliveries: If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, a rescheduling fee may apply.

  4. Damaged Goods: If the water bottles are damaged during delivery, customers must notify us immediately to arrange for a replacement.
