What products does Water Genie deliver ?
We deliver purified drinking water in the following sizes:
- 250ml water bottles
- 500ml water bottles
- 1L water bottles
- 20L water jars/bottles
How can I place an order ?
You can place an order through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer support team via phone call.
What are the delivery options available?
We offer same-day or scheduled delivery based on your location and order time. Please check our website, Mobile App for delivery slots and availability in your area.
Is there a minimum order quantity ?
250ml a minimum of 105 bottles is required per order.
500ml a minimum of 48 bottles is required per order.
1l a minimum of 24 bottles is required per order.
20L jar/bottles, a minimum of 2 jar/bottles is required per order.
What is the policy for 20L jar orders?
For 20L jar orders:
- If you do not have an empty jar/bottle to exchange, a refundable deposit of Rs.150 per jar/bottle will be charged at the time of delivery.
- The deposit is fully refundable upon returning the empty jar/bottle in good condition during your return jar/bottle pickup.

What payment methods are accepted ?
We accept online payments (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking) and cash on delivery (COD) for all orders.
Is the water safe to drink ?
Yes, our water is purified through advanced filtration and treatment processes to ensure it meets the highest safety and quality standards.
Do you deliver to my area ?
Please check on our website, mobile app to check if we deliver to your location. We are continuously expanding our delivery network.
Can I schedule recurring deliveries ?
Yes, we offer subscription plans for recurring deliveries of 20L jars or bottled water. You can set the frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly) on our website, mobile app or contact to customer support .
How does the refundable deposit work ?
The Rs.150 deposit for 20L jars is charged only if you do not provide an empty jar at the time of delivery. When you return the empty jar/bottle pickup then after 24h deposit is refunded by UPI payment mode or cash during pickup as per cash availability.

What happens if I miss a delivery ?
If you miss a delivery, our team will attempt to contact you to reschedule. You can also reach out to customer support to arrange a convenient time.
Are there any additional charges ?
There are no hidden charges. Delivery is free for all orders. The only additional charge is the Rs.150 refundable deposit for 20L jar/ bottles if empty jar/bottle is not provided time of delivery to exchange.
How do I cancel or modify an order ?
You can cancel or modify your order through the website, mobile app or by contacting customer support at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Can I return empty bottles or jar/bottles ?
Yes, we encourage returning empty 20L jars for exchange or refund of the deposit.
For 250ml, 500ml, and 1L bottles, please dispose of them responsibly as they are not part of our return program.
